General documents
- Valid passport (include all previous passports)
- Last six months' bank statement (personal and company) with solvency certificate
- Recent photo 35x45 mm, white background, matte paper
- Personal E-TIN and tax return certificate
For business persons
- Renewed trade license copy
- Company letterhead pad / business card
- Import & export certificate (ERC / IRC), if any
- TIN / income tax certificate
- Certificate of incorporation
For job holders
- NOC (No Objection Certificate)
- Employee ID card and visiting card
- Salary certificate
- G.O. (Government Order) for official passports
- BMDC certificate for doctors
- Bar Council certificate for advocates
For students
- Student ID copy
- Leave letter from school / college / university
- Birth certificate (child students only)
Sponsor's documents (if any)
- Passport copy
- Invitation letter
- Address proof (any utility bill copy)
- Bank statement, if possible
